ZooMoo Tiny Giggles Campaign
Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions (these “T&Cs”) apply to all participants of the ZooMoo Tiny Giggles Campaign (the “Campaign”).
The campaign is organised by Rock Entertainment Holdings, BAM Asia Entertainment Network LLP (“Organiser”).
The campaign is hosted on Rock Entertainment Holdings Website (www.zoomoo.tv/tinygiggles).
Eligibility:
4.1 The campaign is open from 0000AM Singapore Time on 17 June 2024 to 2359PM on 31 August 2024 Singapore Standard Time (the “campaign Period”).
4.2 The campaign is open to anyone who is aged eighteen (18) years old or above at the time of entry. Participants declare that by participating in the campaign, you are 18 years of age or over and are capable of entering into binding contracts and complying with these T&Cs.
4.3 Organiser reserves the sole and absolute discretion to exclude or disqualify any participant and/or submission from participating in the campaign.
Mechanics / Entries Selection:
5.1 In order to enter into the campaign, the participant must:
a. upload and submit a video of your child’s cutest, cheery moment on zoomoo.tv/tinygiggles
b. Give consent that you are the parent/guardian to the child of the video you are submitting and include participant details, such as Name, Date of Birth, Country, operator, Home Address, Email Address, and Phone number on the form hosted on zoomoo.tv/tinygiggles
5.2 Each participant is entitled to submit one (1) campaign entry. Multiple attempts are allowed and only the most recent entry will be taken into consideration.
5.3 At the end of the campaign, 6 entries or more will be picked by the Organiser from the eligible participants based on video quality and how photogenic of the child.
5.4 All selected entries for the campaign will be determined by the Organiser (collectively, the “Selected Participants” and each a “Selected Participant”), and the decision of the Organiser shall be deemed final and irrefutable, and no correspondence will be entertained under any circumstances about the campaign or Organiser’s decisions.
Campaign Conditions:
6.1 Selected participants will NOT be notified via email or phone by Rock Entertainment Holdings, BAM Asia Entertainment Networks LLP (the “Notification”)
6.2 Organiser reserves the sole and absolute discretion to post the Selected participants’ names, age, country and videos on the campaign on Rock Entertainment Holdings communication platforms such as websites, social media and TV.
Personal Data:
7.1 By participating in the campaign, each participant agrees that the Organiser may collect and use the participant’s personal data, as well as disclose their personal data, for various purposes in connection with the campaign, including without limitation to, facilitating his/her participation in the campaign, and for marketing purposes.
7.2 Organiser reserves the right to use information of any participant and/or the selected participants , including without limitation to names, pictures, videos, photographs, likeness, quotes and/or sound bites, in Organiser’s marketing, publicity or promotional materials at its sole discretion without notice to the participants or the selected participant sand without any fee being paid, or require any participant to appear in any form of marketing, publicity or promotional activities without any fee being paid. Organiser may also use each participant’s personal data to conduct analysis on his/her use of products and services so as to help Organiser improve, review, develop and efficiently manage the products and services offered to the participants.
7.3 By participating in the campaign, each participant consents to Organiser’s and its partners’ collection, use and disclosure of the participant’s personal data for the purposes and in the manner described above.
All date and time references contained in these T&Cs are based on the Singapore Standard Time Zone.
Organiser’s decisions on the campaign and the selected participants shall be final and no correspondence will be entertained under any circumstances. In the event of a dispute, any individual’s entitlement to participate in the campaign and any participant’s entitlement to the Prize shall be subject to the sole discretion and final determination of Organiser.
Organiser reserves the right to terminate or modify the campaign (including these T&Cs) at any time prior to the conclusion of the campaign Period by publishing any of such termination or modification on the Site. Participation in the campaign will constitute acceptance of these T&Cs, and any amendments thereof.
All materials airing on TV, streaming on digital applications and posted on social media platforms such as facebook, instagram, youtube are subject to viewing and possible public downloading by third party viewers and each participant agrees that the Organiser shall not be held responsible for any consequences that may result from this.
These T&Cs shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and parties agree to be bound by the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
